Go therefore and make disciples of all nations
Matthew 28:19
Outreach Mission Ministry Statement
The Outreach Mission Ministry of First Missionary Baptist Church exists to extend the love of Christ beyond the church walls through compassionate service, evangelism, and community support. Our mission is to meet both the spiritual and physical needs of individuals and families, offering hope through the Gospel and help through acts of kindness.
As part of this mission, we operate a Food Bank every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., providing groceries and essential items to those in need. Through prayer, service, and generosity, we strive to reflect the heart of Jesus, remembering His words: “For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink…” (Matthew 25:35).
We are committed to being a light in our community, showing that God’s love not only feeds the soul but also cares for the body.
